ABOUT

the game & the people behind it

HIVEMIND is a beekeeping survival sim that runs entirely in your browser. You take over an old beekeeper's hillside of hives and guide a honeybee colony through the year — paint the comb, steer the foragers, fend off hornets, and bank enough honey to survive the winter. Make it to spring and the next year gets harder.

Grounded in real beekeeping

The colony is simulated, not scripted: brood develops from egg to larva to capped pupa, bees change jobs as they age, nectar ripens into honey, and the winter cluster burns its stores to stay warm. The game takes liberties where fun demands it, but the bones are honest — and the in-game keeper's notes are full of real bee facts.
